Nespresso Papua New Guinea Pod Taste Test

My Papua New Guinea Vertuo pod was large and had a shiny silver color with green lettering. I brewed it with my Nespresso VertuoPlus Deluxe machine. I got a pleasant fruity aroma. First, I tasted its crema; it was mild and did not give a great punch. I folded the crema in the drink and took a sip. My first impression was WOW! My coffee had light color, low intensity, and hints of bitterness. The rich, fruity, and subtle berries notes were coming through. It was a pleasant coffee cup.

In the next turn, I frothed the milk and added it to the brewed coffee. The milk made it more subtle. Papua New Guinea held the milk nicely and displayed traditional coffee flavor. I did not taste fruity notes, but the berry taste was still present.

Next, I tried it as an iced coffee. I filled the glass with ice and added Papua New Guinea coffee. I tasted it and found it smooth with hints of intensity. After this, I added a dash of milk. I stirred it and tasted it. I found it quite refreshing. I did not add any syrup; still, it was worth sipping.

You can enjoy the Nespresso Papua New Guinea Vertuo pod any time of the day. Pair it with a croissant, crepe, scone, etc., and enjoy your day. These VertuoLine pods offer 7.7 oz coffee mugs and work with only VertuoLine machines.

Nespresso VertuoLine Papua New Guinea Capsule Features — An In-Depth Insight

I have listed the bewildering characteristics of the Papua New Guinea VertuoLine capsule. These remarkable attributes separate this blend from other Nespresso pods and help you to know why you should buy this pod, whether it will suit you, and much more. Let’s scroll, find details, and solve your queries.

Origin — Papua New Guinea

This Nespresso coffee is a blend of Papua New Guinea Arabica beans. The mountainous Western Highlands are isolated from the world due to steep terrain. It has a high-quality base and soil and attracts visitors from the outside world. These visitors brought old Arabica varieties such as Typica, Arusha, and Bourbon. The first variety is the most popular in the fertile Waghi Valley and is cultivated in that area.

Roasting Level — 2 out of 5

In Nespresso Papua New Guinea, the beans are split-roasted for a short time and at a low temperature. Most coffee is lightly roasted and mixed with dark-roasted beans to add a slightly more intense flavor.

Aroma — Floral And Herbal

I got a pleasant aroma when I brewed the Papua New Guinea pod. The fruity scent filled my room. I also felt hints of floral overall; this aromatic profile refreshed my mind and made my morning breathtaking.

Acidity — 3 out of 5

My Papua New Guinea coffee had a subtle acidity. But it was vivid and in the form of a tart or sour taste, coming from the berries. However, the acidic notes were pleasant and did not make my drink acrid.

Bitterness — 2 out of 5

I felt hints of bitterness in my Papua New Guinea coffee cup. The subtle bitter notes touched the tip of my tongue and made my cup enjoyable.

Body — 3 out of 5

My Papua New Guinea coffee had thin crema and it disappeared quickly. The smoothness and velvety texture covered my tongue, gave me a pleasant mouthfeel, and allowed me to enjoy each sip.

Flavor — Fruity And Complex

What Flavor Is Papua New Guinea Nespresso? Nespresso Papua New Guinea offered me a light and complex coffee cup. Each sip amazed me and revealed a new flavor. The rich, fruity notes graced my palate, while the subtle berries and jam taste made my cup more enjoyable. If you love fruity coffee, this blend will amaze you.

Finish — Sour

The pleasant sour aftertaste surprised me when I finished my Papua New Guinea coffee. My coffee was smooth, had a nice texture, and lingered on my tongue. If you are searching for a light cup with a mellow texture, this Vertuo pod is your way to go.

Nespresso Papua New Guinea Specialty Coffee Intensity — 4 out of 13

Master Origins Papua New Guinea has low intensity and offers you a mild cup of exceptional quality. This feature makes it perfect for milk or iced coffee recipes. In this blend, the classic Arabica varieties and pulped coffee that rest for two days under the high mountain sun deliver elegant acidity and jammy character.

Nespresso Papua New Guinea Caffeine — 170-200 mg

Master Origins Papua New Guinea adds 170-200 mg caffeine per cup and gives you a kick for the day. However, the light roasting offers an outstanding cup and displays sweet fruit notes reminiscent of red berries and jam. It is elegantly outlined by juicy acidity and a velvety body.

Nespresso Papua New Guinea Strength

Nespresso Papua New Guinea offers mellow beverages with subtle acidity, low intensity (4), and hints of bitterness. The fruity notes glow in your cup, and the pleasant sour finish gives you an enjoyable coffee experience. It is one of the Limited Edition capsules that allow you to fully experience a rare profile in coffee black and make your day memorable.
