The oak notes were dominant and stayed for a more extended period, making the drink lingering.
When I took sip after sip, I also felt the leather taste and much bitterness, which I liked very much in the Fortado decaffeinato pod. The smooth texture danced on my palate and was lighter on my tongue. Overall, it possesses a pleasant flavor, and in my opinion, it is not best for morning coffee; however, you can enjoy it at night. Pair it with chocolates and vanilla and enjoy it as a dessert at night.
I frothed one-ounce cream and two-ounce Bailey’s in Aeroccino frother and added it to the brewed Fortado decaffeinato drink. The light brown color and taste of the coffee were fabulous.
