My 1.35 oz espresso had a very pleasant aroma. I got a rich chocolatey scent, and its color indicated an intensity of 7. I folded the dense crema and took a sip of my dark roast coffee. The rich chocolatey notes graced my palate. The high intensity and bitterness hinted at the presence of Robusta beans. My drink was full-bodied and had mild acidity. No caffeine, strong flavor, perfect morning blend!
