My drink was quite acidic but had less bitterness. However, the acidity was pleasant, making my coffee easy on my palate. My coffee was well-balanced, rich, and had a creamy, velvety texture and red wine aftertaste. I enjoyed the shot a lot.

In the next turn, I brewed a cappuccino with this pod. The milk softened the acidity and bitterness and offered me an enjoyable cup. It was a great coffee cup.
