My Liminha Over Ice pod had a yellow color and a leaf design. I brewed it as an espresso shot with my Essenza Mini Original Nespresso machine. I got rich lime and lemon aroma. The subtle lime and rich mint notes hit my palate when I tasted it. After this, I filled the glass (coffee mug) with ice cubes and poured the hot coffee (espresso shot) over it. I took a sip and found it soft and less intense. The sour fruity notes with subtle lime flavor danced on my palate and amazed me.
After this, I added sparkling water to my cold coffee and found it delicious. My drink was like a refreshing soda, and the lemon flavor was coming through.
Next, I brewed a refreshing recipe. I filled the glass with ice cubes, poured an espresso shot, sparkling water, coconut syrup, and lemonade, and garnished the drink with a lemon slice and lime zest. This fruity cold drink surprised my taste buds and became one of my favorite summer drinks.
