Master Origin Indonesia Dark-Roast Coffee Pod Taste Test

I unboxed the box of my Indonesia capsules, and its shiny blue color was quite an eye soothing. I brewed it with my Nespresso Creatista Pro machine. My coffee had a dark color and a strong and earthy aroma. The pleasant sensation hit me as I put it to my lips, and the woody and smoky notes were pronounced. After some time, the juicy acidity overpowered each flavor and made my coffee more enjoyable. Despite its bold taste, the coffee swirled down my throat smoothly, and a slightly bitter taste lingered for a while.

My Indonesian coffee was full-bodied and gave me a pleasant mouthfeel. The drink became more smooth when I brewed a lungo shot with this capsule. The subtle acidity and light woody flavor amazed me. As I brewed cappuccino, I found that the milk balanced its profile and mellowed the bold notes. The creamy smooth texture soothed my mouth and made my cup enjoyable.

The thing I liked most in the Indonesia capsule was its prominent flavors which were lacking in most Nespresso capsules. It is better to brew this Master Origin Coffee for morning breaks and pair it with dark chocolate or other sweet food to balance its flavor profile.

These Nespresso OriginalLine pods from the Master Origin range are incompatible with VertuoLine machines and offer a 1.35 oz serving of a traditional espresso coffee beverage. They also allow you to brew a 3.7 oz lungo shot. Create recipes or brew this pod with/without milk; these capsules will always amaze you.

This unique method produces a classic Indonesian taste, i.e. velvety thick and wildly aromatic notes of cured tobacco.
