My Caramelito medium-roast coffee pod had an orange color. It was an Original pod, so I brewed it with my Nespresso Inissia machine. I smelled it and found it different than I expected. It was going to be interesting to taste it. I took a sip, and my first expression was WOW! There were subtle and soft fruity and caramel notes. The rich cereal flavor hit my palate and justified the intensity level of 6. It was a good shot and my favorite Nespresso flavor.
In the next turn, I frothed the milk and added it to the Caramelito coffee. It smelled wonderful. I took a sip and found that milk mellowed out every note. So, I tried it differently. I added chocolate syrup to the milk, frothed it and added it to the two shots of Caramelito. The drink became wonderful.
